Applicants must fulfill the following eligibility requirements regarding nationality, educational qualification, and age limits.

Nationality and Domicile:

• Must be an Indian citizen as per Articles 5–8 of the Constitution of India.
• Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
• Must upload a valid Permanent Resident Certificate or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof.

Educational Qualification:

• A 3-year Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from an AICTE-recognized institute.
