Selection Process

CEL Recruitment Salary 2025

The monthly consolidated pay for the various positions is as follows. This pay includes PF (employee and employer share), Gratuity, and other components.

*Additional Remuneration:

• Candidates with more than 10 years of experience in Govt/PSU/Autonomous bodies may receive an additional Rs. 15,000/- (max).
• Candidates with 2 to 10 years of such experience may receive an additional Rs. 10,000/- (max).
• This is subject to document verification and will be the lesser of the consolidated pay plus addition or their current remuneration.
• Note: There shall be an approximate 12% annual increase in the basic pay.
