Candidates must meet the following requirements as of 31st August 2025:
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience: Minimum 5 years for Grade II and 9 years for Grade III posts in the respective field.

- Grade III: 41 years (as on 31.08.2025)
