Selection Process

Haldia Dock Complex Apprentice Dock Pilot Salary 2026

- Stipend (During Training): Rs. 40,000/- per month (fixed, no allowances).
- Pay Scale (After Absorption): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- (Pay Level as per regular employee).
- Bond: Selected candidates must execute a bond to serve the port for at least two years after training.
