HLL Trainee Recruitment 2025 : HLL Lifecare Limited has released the HLL Trainee Recruitment 2025 notification to engage SSLC, ITI, and Graduate Trainees for its Akkulam Factory, Thiruvananthapuram under the Training & Development Scheme.
Selection will be conducted through walk-in tests scheduled on 23rd, 24th, and 25th June 2025.
HLL Trainee Recruitment 2025
HLL Lifecare Limited is conducting a walk-in selection test to engage trainees for its Healthcare Product Manufacturing Unit located at Akkulam, Thiruvananthapuram. The engagement will be on a training basis for a period of 3 years.
The trainees will be hired under the Training & Development Scheme, enabling them to gain practical experience and seek employment elsewhere. Selection will be made through a written test conducted at Sargam Hall, Peroorkada Factory.

1. Graduate Trainee
Qualification: B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or B.Com Pass
Age Limit: 20–30 years as on 01-06-2025
Stipend:
- 1st Year: ₹10,000/month
- 2nd Year: ₹11,000/month
- 3rd Year: ₹12,500/month

General Conditions
- Training is purely temporary and will not confer any right to employment.
- The period of training may be reduced or terminated without notice.
- Candidates who have previously undergone training at HLL in similar roles are not eligible.
- Trainees will be required to work in shifts.
- Overqualified candidates will not be considered.
- Reservation will be applicable as per Government of India norms.
