Educational Qualification
- Executive Posts: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Assistant Manager & Senior Manager: Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks. M.Tech preferred.
Age Limit
- Executive: Not more than 30 years
- Assistant Manager: Not more than 35 years
- Senior Manager: Not more than 45 years
Work Experience
- Executive: Minimum 2 years in Electrical Engineering and CTC of ₹3 lakh+
- Assistant Manager: 6 years post-qualification experience and ₹8 lakh+ CTC or E1/E2 scale
- Senior Manager: 10 years total, 5 years in Railway System, and ₹12 lakh+ CTC or E3/E4 scale
