Field Officer
Eligibility: Any retired Central/State Government official and Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS)
Age Limit: No upper age limit
Direct Agent
Eligibility: Must have passed 10th Standard from a recognized Board

- Ex-life advisors/agents (LIC/private insurers)
- Ex-servicemen, SHGs, Gram Pradhans, retired teachers, Anganwadi workers, Mahila Mandal workers, etc.

Remuneration & Commission
There is no fixed salary. This is a purely commission-based engagement.
- Field Officers will earn commission from business procured by engaged Direct Agents.
- Direct Agents will earn commission from their direct sales:
- PLI Policies: Commission ranges from 2% to 4%
- RPLI Policies: Commission ranges from 10% to 25%
- Renewals: 1% for PLI, 2.5% for RPLI
