IPPB Executive Job Profile & Pay Scale
- Job Profile: The Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, organizing customer acquisition events, conducting training for GDS, assisting in operations, and driving financial literacy.
- Pay and Allowances: A consolidated lump sum amount of ₹30,000/- per month inclusive of all statutory deductions. Incentives based on performance are also applicable.
Tenure of Engagement
The engagement is for an initial period of one (1) year, which may be extended for up to 02 more years based on satisfactory performance and business requirements. This is a temporary role, and selected candidates will not be eligible for regular absorption in IPPB.
