MPSC Headmaster Selection Process 2025

The selection process for the MPSC Recruitment 2025 is based on the candidate’s performance in the interview. However, if the number of applications received is high, the commission may decide to conduct a screening test to shortlist candidates for the interview.

• Screening Test (If Applicable): If the number of applications is large, a screening test will be conducted. The syllabus and other details will be published on the MPSC website.
• Interview: All shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• Final Merit List: If a screening test is conducted, the final merit list will be based on the combined marks of the test and the interview. If no test is conducted, selection will be based solely on interview marks. A minimum of 41% marks in the interview is required to be considered for recommendation.
