NMRC Recruitment 2025 : The Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC), a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, has officially released its latest recruitment notification (Advt. No. NMRC/HR/Rectt/06/2025) on June 23, 2025, inviting applications for the posts of General Managers in the Electrical, Civil, and Projects departments.
This recruitment drive aims to induct experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated individuals who have significant experience in the government sector. The application process is completely offline, and the last date for submitting applications is 22nd July 2025.

NMRC Recruitment 2025 For Post-wise Details & Eligibility Criteria
NMRC is offering high-level positions for candidates with at least 17 years of experience in the government sector. Here’s a breakdown of each position:
1. General Manager (Electrical)
Number of Posts: 1 (UR)
Pay Scale: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (IDA)
Age Limit:
Deputation: Up to 56 years
Direct/Immediate Absorption: Up to 52 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 17 years in Group A/Executive roles in government sector.
- Should have experience in ECS & TVS, Traction & Power Supply, SCADA, Lift & Escalator Systems, Testing/Commissioning/Maintenance of traction systems.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Metro Rail/Railways/RRTS.
2. General Manager (Civil)
Number of Posts: 1 (UR)
Pay Scale: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (IDA)
Age Limit:
- Deputation: Up to 56 years
- Direct/Immediate Absorption: Up to 52 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
Experience:
- 17 years in Group A/Executive roles in Civil/Construction/Maintenance fields.
- Preference for candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Metro Rail/Railways/RRTS.
3. General Manager (Projects)
Number of Posts: 1 (UR)
Pay Scale: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (IDA)
Age Limit: Deputation only – Up to 56 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- 17 years in executive roles with at least 5 years in planning, construction, and execution of large infrastructure projects.
- Desirable: Experience in tunnel/underground metro construction and CMRS clearance procedures.

NMRC Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
Shortlisting will be based on eligibility and experience.

- IDA: ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 or ₹1,00,000–2,60,000 (with 3 years in this scale)
- CDA: Level 14 (₹1,44,200–2,18,200) or Level 13A/13 (with 3 years of service)

Selected candidates must undergo a probation period as per NMRC policy. A three-month notice is required for resignation.
