NTA NTET Recruitment 2025 : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the NTA NTET 2025 notification for the AYUSH Teaching Eligibility Test. The online application process for the National Teachers’ Eligibility Test (NTET) 2025 began on 4th June 2025, and the application link is now active.

Interested candidates aiming for teaching roles in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, or Homoeopathy disciplines can apply online until 23rd June 2025.

NTA NTET Recruitment 2025 Notification 2025

The NTET 2025 will be conducted by NTA on behalf of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH). The exam is aimed at postgraduates who aspire to become Assistant or Associate Professors in the AYUSH disciplines. The exam is scheduled for 17th July 2025, and it will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

NTET Eligibility Criteria 2025

Here are the eligibility for the National Teachers Eligibility Test 2025:

Educational Qualification

Postgraduate degree holders in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, or Homoeopathy or candidates with equivalent recognized degrees are eligible. Master of Science degree holders in related subjects (e.g., Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry) with a BHMS degree can also apply for Homoeopathy.

Additional Requirements

  • Postgraduates who have completed at least 30 months of PG studies (for Indian System of Medicine).
  • Recognized PG degree is required for Homoeopathy.
  • Ph.D. holders in relevant subjects are also eligible for teaching posts.
  • Candidates must score at least 50% marks in NTET 2025 to qualify.
