To be eligible for BRIC-CDFD Recruitment 2025, candidates must fulfill the post-wise educational qualification and experience requirements.

• Technical Officer-I: First class B.Sc. with 5 years experience / M.Sc. with 2 years experience.
• Technical Assistant: First class B.Sc./B.Tech. with 3 years experience / PG in Science/Tech / PG Diploma with 1 year experience.
• Junior Managerial Assistant: Graduate with 3 years’ experience + English Typewriting (30 wpm) + Shorthand (80 wpm).
• Junior Assistant-II: 12th pass with typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
• Skilled Work Assistant-II: Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent.

The salary varies by post from Level-1 (₹18,000/-) to Level-6 (₹35,400/-) as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will receive allowances such as HRA, DA, Medical Benefits, LTC, and Pension benefits under NPS.
