CSIR-CIMFR Technician Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process for CSIR-CIMFR Technician posts consists of two stages:

Stage 1: Trade Test

  • Candidates recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for a Trade Test.
  • Those who qualify in the Trade Test will be called for the Competitive Written Examination.

Stage 2: Competitive Written Examination (OMR Based or Computer Based Objective Type)

The written examination consists of three papers. The standard of examination is SSC + ITI / XIIth Standard. The questions will be set both in English and Hindi (except questions on English language).
