- Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 16 years in chemical factory, 5 years in managerial position
2. Additional General Manager (Finance)

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
- Experience: 14 years post-qualification in senior managerial roles; SAP knowledge preferred
3. Manager (Marketing)
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Qualification: PG Degree in Agri-Business Management/Agri Sciences
- Experience: 5 years in pesticide/seed/agri input sales, 2 years in supervisory role
4. Manager (Finance)
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Qualification: CA/Cost Accountant/MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 5-7 years in finance/accounts/internal audit, 2 years in responsible position
5. Manager (HR & Admin)
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60%
