NIRDPR Recruitment 2025: The National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) has released the official notification for contractual recruitment to 13 positions. Age Limit
Maximum age for all posts: Not exceeding 60 years as on 15th July 2025.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Post-wise requirements include:
- Project Officer (Legal): LLB (preferably LLM), 5 years’ legal experience
- Project Officer (IEC): PG in Communications, 5 years in marketing/IEC
- Project Officer (Planning & Monitoring): PG in Rural Management/Social Sciences, 5 years’ experience
- Project Officer (Works – SECURE): B.E./B.Tech/MCA in CS or Civil, 5 years’ experience in MGNREGA
- Project Officer (MIS & DBT): PG in Finance/Commerce/MCA/MBA, 5 years’ relevant experience
- Junior Project Officers: Relevant PG Degree + minimum 2 years’ experience in domain area
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience under Mahatma Gandhi NREGS
NIRDPR Contract Tenure & Salary
- Tenure: Initial appointment for 1 year, extendable annually up to 2 years based on performance.
- Annual Increment: 3% of consolidated pay after one year, subject to PRC recommendation.
- Salary Cap: Maximum capped at ₹2,00,000 per month.
