TN MRB Recruitment 2025: The Tamil Nadu Medical Services Recruitment Board (TN MRB) has invited online applications for the recruitment of 21 Skilled Assistant Grade-II posts on a temporary basis in the Tamil Nadu Public Health Subordinate Service.
The official notification has been released on 11th June 2025 at the MRB website www.mrb.tn.gov.in. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online till 1st July 2025.

The notification for TN MRB Skilled Assistant Grade-II Recruitment 2025 under Notification No. 09/MRB/2025 & 08/MRB/2025 is out for a total of 21 vacancies across the posts of Fitter Grade-II and Welder Grade-II. The posts will be filled through direct recruitment, and selection will be based purely on the marks scored in academic and technical qualifications — there will be no written exam or interview.
The recruitment is being conducted in accordance with the rules of reservation and applicable government norms. For Welder Grade-II post, recruitment is open only to Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates to fill shortfall vacancies

TN MRB Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Fitter Grade-II:
- Pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
- National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Mechanic (Motor Vehicle).
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Mechanic (Motor Vehicle).
For Welder Grade-II:
- Pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Welder Trade OR
- National Trade Certificate (NTC) with completion of Apprenticeship Training.
Preference for Welder post will be given to those with at least one year of practical experience in an automobile plant, factory, or workshop.

- The selection will be based on marks scored in academic and technical qualification.
- No oral test or interview will be conducted.
