CSL AN Ship Repair Unit Apprentice Recruitment 2025: CSL Apprentice 2025: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has issued a fresh notification for the engagement of Graduate and Diploma Apprentices at its Andaman & Nicobar Ship Repair Unit (CANSRU), Port Blair.
The online application process has started on July 1, 2025, and will remain open until July 15, 2025.
CSL AN Ship Repair Unit Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Vacancies
Cochin Shipyard has announced 5 training seats across different technical disciplines under two apprentice categories:
Graduate Apprentice (Category I)
- Discipline: Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Vacancies: 1
- Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

Technician (Diploma) Apprentice (Category II)
Disciplines & Vacancies:
- Mechanical Engineering – 3
- Electrical Engineering – 1

Stipend: ₹10,200 per month
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for CSL CANSRU Apprentice 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Qualification:
- Graduate Apprentice: Degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline
- Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline
Passing Years Accepted: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025
Domicile Requirement: Must be a resident of Andaman & Nicobar Islands
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on July 15, 2025
Important Note: Candidates who have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship in any organization are not eligible.

Selection Process for CSL AN Ship Repair Unit Apprentice
The selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Degree/Diploma). In case of tie, seniority in passing year will be considered.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for certificate verification and final selection will be subject to document and medical fitness clearance.

- Activate your account on nats.education.gov.in
- Complete the application form
- Search “COCHIN SHIPYARD LIMITED” under advertised vacancies
- Click “Apply” and confirm status as “Applied”
For new users (not registered previously):
- Visit nats.education.gov.in
- Click on “Student” → “Student Register”
- Complete the form and get your Enrollment Number
- Login and apply to CSL under advertised vacancies

The CSL AN Ship Repair Unit Apprentice notification invites online applications from eligible engineering graduates and diploma holders domiciled in Andaman & Nicobar Islands for undergoing one-year apprenticeship training under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 1973.
